During her time in Nashville, Alyssa and her mother met Tim McGraw when he performed in front of The Hot Doggit and he invited them up to sing. They also met the Bellamy Brothers.

In 2017 after some time off, Alyssa spent the summer traveling to Austin, Los Angeles, and Philadelphia to audition for the Voice! Towards the end of summer she decided to get back into music. She went on to front top 40 dance cover band, "Just Dance Band" and was a lead vocalist in the R&B group "The Crew" that featured Sugar Bear, Alyssa and E.D. Rucker. She also was the original female vocalist and a founding member of Castle Rock based rock cover band "Major Buzz & The Time Bandits" (what is now Eighty3). Alyssa started a group discussion to change the name of the band, as she wasn't feeling connected to Major Buzz & The Time Bandits. Since 1983 was the year she was born, it was relatable for everyone in the band and she thought the spelling Eighty3 was unique for a band name, she brought it to the band for voting. Everyone agreed and Eighty3 was born and it was indeed, her baby. Alyssa worked night and day to get the band off the ground. She contacted all of her friends who owned venues, drove hundreds of miles and did hours and hours of face to face interviews all over Colorado to book gigs. She was the heart and soul of Eighty3. She was their manager and booking agent.

Alyssa also sang as a "hired gun" in several bands in Colorado. She has performed at the Highland Street Fair in Denver, The Taste of Colorado, she performed the National Anthem for opening ceremonies at the Rocky Mountain Summer Music Festival in Colorado Springs and later performed at the festival with her band.

In June 2018 Alyssa was given the opportunity to open for AMA Award winning Rock band Firehouse at The Venue, with Denver original rock band "Damaged". Unfortunately there wasn't enough time for her to learn their set, so they offered her the opportunity to open with her band Eighty3 (thank you Everett).

Alyssa has been a guest radio host for Tri-lakesRadio in Colorado a few times, has performed with numerous artists/bands in Colorado, was on KCOS Digital Media simulcast radio show The Beat Goes On 4 different occasions, she was on Live Stream Facebook talk show Morty On the Move, she was working with several bands and venues as a booking agent, building websites and social media platforms for other musicians and was a big music advocate in Colorado.

In January 2019, Alyssa decided to leave Eighty3 and pursue her solo career. Since then, she dove in full force and the opportunities have been endless. In February, she guest performed with Scott Wilson of Saving Abel at Herman's Hideaway, at his show with Michael Alexander, of Michael Alexander and the Big Whiskey, in Denver. In March she opened for Billboard Award & 2x ASCAP Award winning J.R. Richards of Dishwalla, in April she opened for hip hop artist Coolio "Gangsta's Paradise Tour" with the Pretty Vague band, and in July she opened for Hinder "Lucky 7 Tour" at Sunshine Studios Live in Colorado Springs.

Alyssa is following her dreams and made the move to California in May 2019. She performed the National Anthem for opening ceremonies at the Santa Barbara Polo and Racquet Club in Santa Barbara in June, was invited and will be performing at the State Social House Jam in North Hollywood, performing at Pali Wine Company in October, participating in a competition for the chance to win $10,000 and open for Katy Perry, Khalid & Shawn Mendes at the legendary Hollywood  Amphitheater for the sold out "We Can Survive" concert. She is looking forward to new projects on the West Coast.
